Anything up to £700 quid? you would be suprised how much of a good pc you could buy with that if you built it your self. If bought right you could easly run games such as crysis and similar

Yea I read that but was just sugesting that if a ran a server it would be on auto spectate from what I have seen, but after viewing more posts what I said has seems to be some what of a broken record. Sorry for repeating points but I mainly posted to show my support to the fix

I race quite alot on demo servers and see the bl1 cut quite alot. I dont think a warning on the first run is good as people will still do it knowing they get 1 free pass to gain positions or better time. Iv seen and been past by who do this which is very annoying.
I have also seen people use it to gain a better time on first split to set record laps on the lfs lapper. If it was my server it would be instant spectate or pit to stop them registering the faster times.
Also if you use the excuse of it being a run off area, if the barrier covered all the way anyway you would be taken to a trip to space due to the physics

Good job with patching this! usually on servers with friends so cutters usually get a warning and kick anyway

Skins a bit empty at places as I got bored with it

Is it just me or are the instructional pictures in the original post not opening full size and are stuck on small thumb nail images? I am trying to do the tutorial but the images are tiny, up to the gifting bit atm so it does not stick

First one looks complete to me and same with the second one, the roof on the second one looks a bit plain but then again I am a fan of the minimalist approach

Very nice skins, is there a reason they are saved at 800 pixels as if you bump it up to 1024 andsave it just under 400 kb the small writing and logos will be clearer and easier to see

Well the skin has michelin advertisments on it and in the render it uses goodyear tyres . But just me being picky.

Thanks for the input I have added some more to the skin, to be honest im not keen on the back and should probably change the roof maybe, what do you reckon? Also I cant believe I just realised that Valentino Rossi actually switched to bridgestone tyres the beginning of the season... Was so caught up at looking at the old more common reference material . oh well I may change that another day.

By the way would any one be so kind as to make a render of this if I posted the skin public?

I did numerous searches for moto gp skins and did find some such as the rizla suzuki and such but noticed there was a lack of them.

So far iv seen alot of the old camel yamaha bike but iv not seen a skin yet for the fiat yamaha bike, so I decided to start with this one! Also doing the skins on the XFR being one of my favourite cars at the moment


At first it seemed pretty awkward at first as trying to fit a motorbike skin on a car is is pretty hard to replicate spot on so a bit of imagination is on hand Obviously I cant replicate it exactly but I can atleast show it

I also have a tendency to never finish skins so thought a bit of critique and ideas and opinions could help so far having a hard time of making the roof and back look less empty and more exciting

ps is there any way to edit the thread title?

100% isnt loud? you must have a sound proof case my friend. I could hear a drastic different just turing it up to 60% on mine, when i turning it upto 100% there was a helecopter in my tower!

Hes still right though use rivatuner to turn up you fan speed if your worried about your temperatures on your card.

I have a 8800GT and had some over heating problems with it also. I did some research on it and it turns out this card does run at an average higher temperature compared to other cards.

If its at 72C while under alot of load thats to be expected. My main culprit was the game "STALKER", after having a few crashes I monitored my temperatures which reached 92C!!!!!

If you are reaching 72C running LFS I would suggest upping your Graphics card fan speed and increasing ventilation in your case, my graphics temp only reaches 55C with 19 ai cars on lfs.

While looking on forums to increase my fan speed for the graphics card it turns out the standard speed of the fan is running at around 20%. If you use a program such as Rivatuner you can change it to run at 50% fan speed which drastically decreases the temperature it runs at

If I remember correctly the actuall "ghost car" is patented or copyrighted, therefore for it to implemented into this game the Devs will have to pay money for it. But as far as I know its still ok to have someone make an unofficial addon or mod for it?

Im not exactly sure of this but if my memory serves me this was mentioned in a ghost car older topic somewhere? can anyone help confirm or debunk this?

I see, but isnt using ac just the same? is ac not faster than someone with a H shifter and clutch pedal? Cant say well the ycan use ac if they want as thats like saying they could use bc if they want?

But I guess using ac lowers the gap between them both though.

If you have 2 S2 licenses that mean 2 people can play online.

IF you only have 1 S2 licence you can onlue us 2 computer on a LAN home network.

In my eyes BC is not unfair? I could easily use auto clutch but I took the time to learn Button Clutch even if it is just hitting 2 buttons together at the same time. Its more of a hastle than just pressing one button to gear up. Im suprised all the fast racers holding wr's with ac dont use button clutch????

If I ever get a wr with bc ( I doubt it) I would not take the replay down. This feature of the game is available too all, its not my fault for some reason you all refuse to use it.

In my eyes its the people who use the H shifter and axis pedals clutch who are left out in the rain here.....
